Hello, my friends! Can you believe it is already March! It is the third month of the year where signs of spring are announcing a new season. Are you excited about it? Or is apprehension causing you to stall in what God’s is wanting to do in your life? Let NOTHING stand in your way to your fresh start. Don’t hesitate, let’s begin!

With that said, I would like you take a moment and evaluate your entire environment. I mean internally and externally do a complete and thorough inventory. Just as we do a spring cleaning of the house, so it is necessary to do for your spirit, mind, and body. Decluttering and organizing will allow for a new perspective which will welcome what is next for you with open arms.

Our spirit can be cluttered with unresolved issues with ourselves and others. Spend time meditating in God’s word along with a journal to write down what He reveals to you. When you ask God to reveal areas of your life that needs to be highlighted, guess what? I can assure you; HE WILL SHOW YOU. You must be honest and vulnerable to accept His answers. With your sincere obedience, your life will start to change for the better.

Our mind is a treasure chest that is filled with so much wealth of information since childhood. We take our experiences, our regrets, our perspectives and our hopes and dreams and store it away. Now, it is time to open the treasure chest and determine what are the things that should be totally discarded for good. By you doing this exercise consistently, you will be able to free up space to expand your mental and emotional wealth. What is important to keep and what do deeply care about? What is your love and passion for?

These questions will provide a base to which you can toss or keep in your life. Similar questions should be asked when it comes to the body. Our body is the only residence we must live in. The care you give to your body determines for the most part how well it will function for us. Just as we need to maintain the vehicles daily, so is our bodies critical to our quality of life. What is it you put in your body? One commercial I have seen long time ago, showed a jogger running and the back of him was two big cinnamon buns. The commercial said, “You are what you eat.”

Let today be the start of a new you, new season, new perspective, and new outcome. Deeply care about your internal and external environment. Understanding that it all begins with an introspection with you and God. He will bring clarity, wisdom, and insight to your life for a better future!

“Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart. And do not rely on your insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, and He will make your paths straight and smooth (removing obstacles that block your way).

Good day, everyone. I am elated to be with you again! It is truly bringing a huge smile on my face to know we are connecting every week. You bring me joy to know that you are with me in this journey called Life. Is it not crazy how time is flying by? I can’t believe we are in the third month of the year already!

The topic from February was for me a deeper dive about love and how it is demonstrated in various forms. From Love Me, Love Me Not to Loving the Unlovable Part II, we have seen, heard, and felt the essence of love. Would love to get feedback on what and how it impacts you personally.

This month we will be talking about “Care Deeply” and what does that means to you in this season of your life. The question that I want to ask you is, “when you think of care deeply, what comes to mind immediately? I would like to post this to you in order to understand what is important to you.

I know that when I ask myself this question, the first thing that comes to mind is my relationships. I care deeply to build strong, healthy, and lasting relationships that brings love, peace, and joy to my existence. I believe you will be able to take on the world when you have a solid foundation of great support system with loving and nurturing connections.

How can you show others how deeply you care? By a genuine smile, words of encouragement, your undivided time spent with them, your honest forgiveness, and your loving presence will be a catalyst that forever impact you both! Living a life for you and others will provide hope, love, and fulfillment. Be intentional in your relationship building and how you want to greatly influence them.

Ask the hard questions, am I willing to invest in this person. What is my true intentions in this connection? Do I have a hidden agenda or selfish motives with this person? Once you have been true to yourself, then you can proceed. If you don’t do this first, the true intentions will come out sooner or later.

You will make an amazing difference in those you deeply care about. It will become a positive domino effect that will enrich each other’s lives that in turn will affect others. Know that your honest desires can bring about a remarkable difference to those that you love and care.

Live Simply. Care Deeply. Speak Kindly. Love Generously and Leave the

Rest to God.”

Hello everyone! It is good to be with you today. I am thankful that you are taking time to spend with me in thoughts of the word of God. Today, I want to speak about how powerful, healing, and transformative Love is when we need to be restored no matter what we are going through in life.

Life brings with it circumstances, decisions, challenges, and conditions that we need to face. The decisions to them can bring outcomes that can either be positive or detrimental to us. Both will have a domino effect that will impact the rest of our lives. Wisdom is critical to ensure the outcome will be advantageous.

Have you had a difficult decision that you later deeply regretted but could not alter it? The feeling of responsibility haunts you day and night. You blame yourself although you may not say it out loud. It brings about sorrow, grief, and anger that can impact everything within and around you.

Pain is a sounding alarm that makes one’s awareness that something is not right. An immediate need of attention is required to alleviate it. In the body, it will signal the location that needs to be evaluated and requires a speedy response to alleviate the condition. When ignored, it will worsen and spread to other parts and infect its environment.

It is imperative to pay attention to the signs and quickly seek help. But what about pain in your heart and spirit? What do you do then? Internal review is necessary to determine the root cause of the matter. You must peel the layers surrounding the heart and the spirit to expose the truth. Once you have exposed it, proper treatment can begin for inner healing can take place.

While this process is taking place, the uncovering of the cause of pain will bring everything that needs to be expelled out. It may not be pretty or easy, however, for total recovery, it must be done. You will not be alone in the process. You will need dedicated individuals around you willing to help. They will be known by their patience, care, and love to see you whole.

Why will they be willing to help you in the process? What is their benefit in the result for other’s recovery? It is because they have been through the same process and understand the worth of it. The Holy Spirit uncovers the root of the pain while the Word of God is the medicine that combats the infection. Both compassion and love are the ointment and gauze that covers the wound from the elements trying to impact the treatment. Love seals the healing!

Let today be a day that you allow Love to heal your heart and spirit. Then you will be willing to do the same for others!

“Above all, have fervent and unfailing love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins (it overlooks unkindness and unselfishly seeks the best for others).” 1 Peter 4:8
