Good day my friends! So glad you are joining me to read today’s blog for the last week of January. This whole month we have been talking about “Live Joyfully.” For the first week, I spoke about writing the vision, plan a strategy to achieve it, and run with it. As a reminder of the Bible verse, please reread Habakkuk 2:2-3. It is not how fast you do the vision, it is you are progressing daily. With that said, how is that looking like so far?

Since God’s thought for you is to prosperous in every area of your live, the second week of the blog I spoke about the desire God has for those that love Him. He is the rewarder of those that diligently seek Him. When you focus on His word and follow His ways, you will see His goodness every single day. The verse that speaks about it can be found 1 Corinthians 2:9 “Eyes have not seen nor ears have heard nor have entered into the heart of man what God has prepared for those that love Him.”

This is not referring that you will be exempt from bad things or unexpected things occurring to you. However, you are not alone in it. Both you and Him will see it through to the other side of it! Even if you walk in the shadow of the valley of death, you will not fear evil. God’s rod and staff will comfort you during the whole journey. That is a promise you can take to the bank!

In continuation with that verse, I spoke about our hearing God’s voice daily in the third week of the blog. Hearing is vital to know in which path to go to with the One that has already seen your future. God is the best counselor to give wisdom to direct you to your purpose. Is when you operate in your purpose you will find joy. It is there you will flourish rapidly and be completely content.

Lastly, this week the part that is very important is the heart. The heart is where we feel the emotions and the desires. It is a fountain that can flow great rivers of living waters or can be gushing of toxic waste. Who decides what will come out of you? Is it the circumstances that deposits in the heart those items to pollute and contaminates it?

I can tell you it certainly will try to do that! However, it is up to you to place a filter in your heart to capture and eliminate it so it will not affect you. What is that filter? The word of God will purify and eliminate contaminants so you can be pure one of the most precious place - your heart. He wants you to give Him your heart and He will transform the bitterness, anger, hatred, disillusionment, and frustrations. It will be turned to understanding, mercy, grace, forgiveness, and love.

Allow Him to change it today. Give your whole heart to the Lord, not half nor three-quarters of it. If you do not want to continue been the same, do this by faith. If you want to change your mourning into dancing, place your hand in your heart right now and declare this verse.

“Create in me a pure heart, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Psalms 51:10

Until next week, live joyfully!

Peace, love, and joy!

Good day, my friends! I am so glad you are with me so we can consider the words that God has deposited in me for this time in our lives. The word that resonated in my heart and spirit is Wisdom. We hear that word often yet let us dive deeper in what that word truly refers to.

As I looked the definition of it, it states, “the ability to think and act using knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense and insight. Wow! When I read this, it took me back. Several elements are necessary to have in place to have in combination to produce the outcome of a wise decision.

So how we think, and act is the product of the knowledge and experience attained, and grasp of the matter at hand. When it comes to common sense, someone said, “it is not as common as it should be.” Good sense and sound judgment in practical manners are necessary to produce a positive outcome. In addition, insight is necessary to view the whole picture rather than a sliver of it.

I further found out a deeper definition of wisdom. It is associated with attributes such as unbiased judgment, compassion, experiential self-knowledge, self-transcendence and non-attachment, and virtues such as ethics and benevolence. It is a gift that gives us the capability to make the right choice or decision.

How can you find wisdom in a world filled with so much bombardment of information coming from every direction? With so many contradictory data, who can you turn to and trust? The answer is found in the book that have, is, and will be relevant regardless of time and history.

Wisdom is a treasure that those that search for it wholeheartedly will find it. It is internal desire that begins internally. Where do you start? By asking for it. The bible says in James 1:5 “If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.”

Path to wisdom starts with the fear of God which means the reverence, honor, and respect to him. When you honor and respect God, you will do what He asks you to do because you trust His wisdom. He is the one who will give it to you. Wisdom is a virtue that isn’t innate but can only be acquired through experience. As you are experience life, He will guide you to make the right choices.

This is the compass that will direct you to wisdom in your journey. You will see, hear, and sense that you are heading in the right direction. He is your guide to discover the precious treasure. “Trust the Lord with all your heart, and lean not onto your own understanding: In all your ways acknowledge Him. And He will direct your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6

Decisions and choices must be made in our lives that can lead us to worsen or improve our situation. Seek God first in counsel and meditate and listen to what He says. He will also direct you to wise men and women that will also speak into your life. Reading, observing, and practicing the word of God will bring us life, peace and joy.

Since this is such a deep topic, we will continue to talk about it next week. Let me know if this have encouraged your life. Please share with others that would like to be part of this community. I would love to hear from you and finding how we can pray for you!

Peace, Love, and Joy!

So happy to talk to you today! Good to be back with you. Last time we were together, I spoke about vision and how important to see clearly and precisely the direction you are choosing to pursue to get to your destiny. Have you done your vision board yet? Hopefully, it is up in a place you can see every day as a reminder of what is necessary to meet your goals. Make it simple, apply it, and see the results!

Not only is it necessary to see where you are heading but what are you saying about it? Words are important and very powerful indeed. With our words, we can bring unity and understanding to those that may not see eye to eye. Or we can divide people and tear them down merciless to manipulate and control the outcome. “Words kill, words give life; they either poison or fruit- you choose.” Proverbs 18:21 MSG

What motivates our words that come out of our mouths? When we look intentionally, we will find that out of the heart is the source that originates our words. Yet it is not only the words that causes the total impact. It goes beyond that. It is the real intentions and the spirit of the words that will determine the effect of the influence over the person. Regardless, the words will cause either a negative or positive result.

Choose today to speak the whole truth, honest and sincere words to yourself and to others. Evaluate your heart to make sure the motives are genuine. Avoid rationalizing and justifying when it is not according to God’s word. Every word spoken will be judge by God. First, speak life into your life, home, family, and circumstances. Secondly, do not speak ill about no one. Forgive those that have hurt you with harmful spiteful words. Ask for forgiveness for harsh words spoken to others. The intentional truthful words will cause an inner healing to occur within you. It will also produce healing to those that will hear those genuine words spoken over others. Starting today, choose to make a difference with your words!

“Keep vigilant watch over your heart; that’s where life starts. Don’t talk out of both sides of your mouth; avoid careless banter, white lies, and gossip. Keep your eyes straight ahead; ignore all sideshow distractions. Watch your step, and the road will stretch out smooth before you. Look neither right nor left; leave evil in the dust.” Proverbs 4:23-27 MSG
